Reginald "Reggie" Howard
Founder, Chief Executive Officer United Athletes Foundation
Reggie Howard is a visionary coach, former NFL athlete, and executive with over 20 years of experience in sports, coaching, and philanthropy. A University of Memphis graduate and Hall of Fame inductee, he has excelled as a professional athlete, college and NFL coach, and nonprofit leader. As President of UAF, he mentors young athletes and leads initiatives supporting youth development, financial literacy, and community service. His impact extends through partnerships with United Way, St. Jude, Boys & Girls Clubs, and more, fostering leadership on and off the field.

Pamela "Pam" Howard
Executive Director, Memphis Magic Athletics
Pamela Howard is a dedicated community advocate leading youth empowerment through sports, education, and outreach. As COO of UAF and Executive Director of Memphis Magic Athletics, she oversees elite training, mentorship, and life skills programs. UAF hosts nationwide basketball tournaments and flag football camps, including Delgado’s International Flag Football Camp in Puerto Rico, providing free athletic training, financial literacy education, and community health services. Through strategic partnerships, UAF creates transformative opportunities for young athletes while fostering leadership and development.
